Effect of Ozone on Extending Vegetables Shelf Life

The above test of two (2) vegetable samples (left sample-non-ozonated, right sample-ozonated) were carried out on the 5th of July 02 & the result shown a clear comparison between the non-ozonated and the ozonated vegetables on the 17th of July 02.
