Effect of Ozone on Vegetables (Freshness Comparison)
On analysis, the "Pak Choy" samples were soaked in 3 litres of tap water and ozone treated water using top-Ozone Multi-Functional Ozone Food Sterilizer (FS-505) for 30 minutes respectively.

On day 7 onwards, the "Pak Choy" sample soaked in tap water started to "shrink" compared to the ozone treated "Pak Choy" sample which still remained in sound appearance.
